Rosco Paterson Associates™ provides three general ‘types’ of training programme:

Standard - events are attended by several clients at an RPA training centre

Adapted - our standard courses may be run on client premises for large teams and client-specific issues incorporated

Custom - a special programme is designed by RPA to address specific strategic, leadership and analytic issues facing the client

Courses fall into three main ‘styles’:

  • High Assimilation Learning™
  • Classroom Presentation & Participation (CPP)
  • Mixed (usually for longer courses lasting a few days)
